If you're injured or get sick (on or off the job) and cannot work, this pays a portion of your income for a defined length of time.

Benefit paid is not reduced by injured pay or any other disability or accident coverage you receive
Monthly benefit amounts available from $350 to $5,000
12/12 Pre ex
You can choose to replace or suplement any disability coverage that you have now:
- 14 day sickness/accident/6 month duration
- 14 day sickness/accident/12 month duration
- 30 day sickness/accident/12 month duration
- 30 day sickness/accident/24 month duration
